Description
The 2012 Girls Soccer State Championship Team is being recognized for the strong legacy that they established for the program. They were the first girls soccer team to advance to the State Finals at Principia School. This talented and gritty group of women was coached by current Head of School, Travis Brantingham. An anonymous lead donor and long-time advocate for female sports at Principia contributed the lead gift for this legacy project. Many of the players from the team have donated to this project, as well as some key parents. Naming this team room in honor of this great girls team signifies how much Principia values the talent, toughness, and grit of all of our female students.
Donations are applied to...
The team rooms are built for collaboration and learning as much as for changing and preparation. They're designed to be inspirational, expansive, and inclusive.
Why give?
Naming this team room in honor of this great girls team signifies how much Principia values the talent, toughness, and grit of all of our female students.
Why are donations necessary?
Carey Field House no longer meets the needs of today’s extensive athletics programs. Along with providing up-to-date athletics facilities for male and female student-athletes, Simon Field House will be a resource for all students needing a large, indoor space for activities. We are accepting gifts of any size to help join the team that will move Principia athletics forward!
